Hello! My name is Alexander Hong Lu! (I usually go by Alex).

I grew up in Morton Grove, Illinois, and graduated from Niles West High School.

I am an undergraduate at Columbia College Chicago, majoring in Film & Television, focusing on editing, directing, and screenwriting. I love the art of filmmaking and storytelling. I enjoy editing videos and watching/analyzing various movies, TV shows, and anime. I'm experienced with Adobe Premiere Pro and Avid Media Composer, and I have done freelance work for many organizations, including Digital Dreams Entertainment.

My main goal as a filmmaker is to make something that'll resonate with people, help them learn, and have them grow as better people.
